Foundation Board

The board of the B+O Foundation ensures the firm remains self-owned and mission-driven. The foundation gardens the course of the office and prioritizes sustainability, ethical practices, and long-term impact over profit. The board, consisting of three board members, including a founders’ family representative, oversees governance to protect core values and ensure continuity. This model maintains the independence and integrity of B+O while driving our mission to create a better world.
