Apartment building Hoogeveen
In the city centre of Hoogeveen, on the Van Echtenplein, an four-storey apartment building has been built, with a total of 22 apartments. On the ground floor, there is space for several shops. In addition, the building has a parking garage with 17 parking spots, meant for the residents of the apartments.
Characteristics of the ‘Amsterdamse School’ building style are visible in the design. This is mainly reflected in the piers of the façade, the heavy frame wood and the richly detailed brickwork. Every apartment has a surface area of about 80 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room and an indoor winter garden. In addition, the residents have access to a shared roof terrace on the first floor.
