Business premises Bosscher Zuidwolde

A modern business building, including a corporate residence, has been realised on the business park in Zuidwolde. The building consists of three rectangular building volumes that have been stacked on top of each other. This creates a dynamic unity and the building shows a different perspective from all sides. The use of industrial materials and accentuating colours makes it a business building that stands out and is recognisable.

On the ground floor, a canteen, several stock and preparation rooms and the parking for the market carts have been realised. The first floor is intended for (starting) entrepreneurs, who can rent an office space here. An office for the client was also realised here. The second floor, which sits at a right angle on top of the lower two floors, has been designed as a corporate residence.
