Interior office building Amsterdam

The main office of an international fashion chain is located on the floors above some old shops in the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. Before the renovation, small-scaled renovations and expansions had taken place, resulting in a divided and unclear office building.

That’s why B+O Architecten made a design for the total renovation and upgrading of the office and the fixed interior elements.

Starting point for the design was a modern and transparent office building. For this reason nearly all the indoor walls have been removed. Large holes were also made in the storey floors. Next, office spaces were created in this open space by using glass dividing walls and half-high closet walls.
With this renovation and upgrading, the client finally has the modern and transparent office that suits the image of the company.
